Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

 

Our wine club is no-contract, no-strings attached. You are free to come and go as you please. Members are welcome to skip months, and or cancel at any time; with one exception. The first month / initial sign up fee is non-refundable. The initial sign up fee still includes your 2 bottles of wine, available after the 6th of the month following your sign up. This is non-negotiable.
(Example: if you sign up on the 2nd of January, you can pick up your bottles after the 6th of January. If you sign up on the 8th of January, your first pick up is after the 6th of February.)

You have the ability to cancel your membership via your customer portal on our website, if you are unable to do so and your payment processes, please reach out to us via email to cancel within 72hrs of undesired charge to have charges reversed.

For online merchandise orders, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. We will send you an e-mail as soon as merch has been shipped, along with tracking info. If there are any defects or you wish to return or exchange, please reach out to us at hello@dudleymarketvenice.com. Returns / exchanges are eligible within 3 weeks of delivery date.
